Custom Printing

Printed directly onto the bottle, with no need for labels

We use industrial machinery to print onto our bottles, resulting in a high quality and long lasting design. 

Amber and clear glass dispensers: We print using organic ceramic inks which are then fired.

Coloured glass dispensers: Special screen printing inks are used, but not fired. 

Plastic dispensers: Traditional screen printing inks are used, but not fired.

Yes, we use the same traditional screen printing methods.

No, we don't have a minimum order for custom printing. However, any design with less than 100 units will come with a small print fee of £150 + VAT per design. This fee may not apply to larger orders. 

Below you will find our basic charging structures. However, costs can vary based on project size, number of designs and colours within the design. Please get in touch for a more tailored quote. 

Screen Charge: £75 + VAT per colour

To print your design, we create a one-off custom stencil (called a screen) for each colour in the artwork. This one-time cost enables us to re-print your design in the future, should you choose to place another order.

Small Print Fee : £150 + VAT

For orders less than 100 units of a design, we charge the above fee. This fee may not apply to larger orders. 

Pre-production Samples: £150 + VAT

We always provide pre-production visuals showing the positioning and size of your design on the dispenser. However, if you need a one-off sample created before production, we can happily print one for the above charge. This charge includes your Screen Charge fee. If the design changes we would need to create a new screen, therefore incurring additional Screen Charge fees.

Custom Bottle Colour: £175 + VAT
We can customise the colour of any bottle to match your specific Pantone and finish. For this service, there is a minimum order of 200 units plus the above fee. There is no charge for using our stock colours. 

Printing Costs: Starting from £0.45 - £2.00 

This price refers to ink and printing. The Printing Costs only increase if a design uses multiple colours, and we do not charge extra for the size or complexity of the design.

Our standard lead times are 6-8 weeks, guaranteeing completed products are printed to the highest standards. Lead time starts from when we receive the required artwork and payment.

You can be as creative as you want. Firstly, we can print in any Pantone colour. However, our timeless favourite is white, single colour prints on amber glass. Complex designs can also be achieved as we print in any Pantone and can incorporate up to four colours.

Your final design will need to be produced using Adobe Illustrator. The final file can be provided as an illustrator .ai file or PDF. Please note we cannot use .jpg or .png files. We will provide you with size specifications and guidelines for your design.

Technical Guidelines:
Create your design on the Artwork Layer.
Outline fonts and embed all images/links.
Save PDF without crop marks or bleeds.
Keep ‘Preserve Illustrator Editing -Capabilities’ checked.
Colours may vary from screen preview. The file must be in CMYK spot colours.

You can provide us with the exact Pantone colour. If the design is all white, please use standard black and let us know.

Your design can wrap around the entire dispenser. However, we cannot print in some areas, such as the neck and base as they are curved. We will provide you with a specification sheet outlining these details.

Yes, we can assist with basic designing.

We can complete basic design tasks such as adding words to your design alongside your logo. We charge £60+ VAT per hour for this service.

For custom and more complex designs, we recommend you consult a graphic designer.

We only use our own products as we have created specific tooling required to print on them.

We can print on any of our products. Popular customisable choices include our apothecary jars and spray bottles.

We recommend that when ordering customised printed dispensers you order 20% extra units. This will cover any possible future replacements required. We can of course print extra units using your original design, but a lead time of 6-8 weeks is still required.

All printed bottles are printed and distributed from the UK and can be delivered worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on order volume, weight and location.
