FAQ
Glass etching is the process of permanently marking the surface of glass by gently removing a thin layer to create a frosted, tactile design. At Kuishi, we use precision techniques to etch directly onto our bottles, creating a finish that becomes part of the glass itself.
Unlike printing or labelling, there are no inks, coatings, or adhesives, just your design, embedded in the glass for a result that will never fade or peel. Itβs a refined way to add logos, text, or artwork while keeping the bottle pure, sustainable, and enduring.
Our glass etching prices are based on the complexity of your design.
- SimpleΒ β Company name and product type (for example, βShampooβ) on one side β Β£6 per bottle.
- MediumΒ β Larger logo, text, or a design that extends beyond one side β Β£7 per bottle.
- ComplexΒ β Designs covering the front and back, or a full 360Β° layout β Β£9 per bottle.
Please note, these prices are for etching only and do not include the cost of the bottle.
Bulk Orders
For orders of 30 units or more, we may be able to offer a bulk discount. Please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
Etching is a permanent, tactile finish created by marking the surface of the glass itself. Because the design becomes part of the bottle, etched glass offers a refined, long-lasting alternative thatβs both durable and sustainable. Itβs a pure form of personalisation that keeps the beauty of the glass intact.
Etching adds nothing extra to the bottle, no inks, labels, plastics, or coatings, just the design, embedded in the glass itself. This means thereβs no additional material to produce, no adhesives to dispose of, and nothing to wear away over time.
By pairing this process with our bottles made from 45% recycled glass sourced in the UK and Europe, etching offers a refined way to personalise while keeping environmental impact to a minimum.
