Bespoke Glass Etching for Hospitality Interiors – Mistress of Mayfair

For this project, Kuishi worked with Mistress of Mayfair to introduce bespoke etched glass bottles for hand wash and hand lotion within their bathroom spaces. The aim was to create a subtle but elevated branding detail that would sit naturally within a high-end hospitality interior.

In collaboration with Kuishi, the bottles were designed to work seamlessly with our stainless steel holders, ensuring a consistent and considered presentation throughout the space.

The Challenge

The brief was to introduce brand identity into the bathroom environment without relying on printed labels or visual noise. In a space defined by carefully considered materials and lighting, any applied branding needed to feel permanent, minimal, and fully integrated.

The solution needed to enhance, rather than interrupt, the guest experience.

The Solution

We developed bespoke glass etching for the hand wash and hand lotion bottles, applying the Mistress of Mayfair logo directly into the glass surface.

Unlike printed or adhesive branding, etching becomes part of the material itself. The finish is soft and tactile, catching light subtly and adding depth without distraction. This approach ensures durability while maintaining a refined, understated aesthetic.

The Result

The finished bathrooms feature a quiet but intentional layer of branding, where the etched bottles sit naturally within the wider interior scheme.

Paired with Kuishi holders, the bottles become part of a cohesive design language functional objects elevated through detail and restraint. The branding is present, but never overpowering, contributing to an overall sense of refinement and care.

'We are delighted with the final product. The peacock logo looks stunning, and the combination of solid and frosted amber glass adds a truly sophisticated and elevated touch to our restaurant washrooms. The copper pumps and matching double holders perfectly complement our aesthetic.

We also greatly appreciated the flexibility regarding the pre-production video and the support with shipping and discounts. The customer service was excellent throughout the process, and we are very happy with the quality of the craftsmanship.'- Mistress of Mayfair

A Considered Detail in Hospitality Design

This project demonstrates how small, permanent interventions can meaningfully enhance guest experience. In hospitality interiors, it is often these subtle touchpoints that communicate quality and attention to detail most effectively.

At Kuishi, our bespoke glass etching service is designed to support this approach offering a durable, minimal, and highly considered way to bring branding into physical space.
