All U.S. orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services. This means:

* Your order will be delivered with no additional charges on arrival
* You will not be asked to pay anything further by the courier

We fulfil EU orders through a combination of EU-based stock (France) and UK dispatch using OSS/IOSS schemes.

🇫🇷 Orders shipped from our French warehouse (EU fulfilment)

* No import duties apply
* VAT is charged at the applicable local rate under the EU OSS (One Stop Shop)
* Orders are delivered as domestic EU shipments (no customs delays)

If you are a VAT-registered business, you may be eligible to purchase VAT exempt. Please ensure your valid VAT number is entered at checkout.
