Wholesaler  – Applies to anyone purchasing products for re-sale. 

‘Us’, ‘we’, Kuishi, Refers to KUISHI LTD

 

Selling via your own website is permitted. You must state the brand ‘Kuishi’ within the description. We do dot permit our products being sold under another brand unless through prior written consent.

Can I sell your products via Amazon other online Marketplace?

We do not allow our products to be sold via any online marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Wallmart or similar unless by prior written consent. 

Where can I get product Images?

A wholesaler may use Kuishi product images for use in your own personal website and social media. They must be attributed to Kuishi products or Kuishi itself when used on social media. 

Images can be saved from our website. 

Kuishi reserves the right to ask any wholesaler to remove imagery not being used appropriately. 

We encourage Retailers to sell our Products at our retail prices. We are confident in the quality of kuishi products and the prices set. 

However this does not stop you running sales and reducing the item prices where you see fit. 

Where a product has a Kuishi product label it must remain with the product. Labels contain important information for the purchaser. 

We aim to ship your order within 7 days of you placing it. But in rare circumstances, this may take longer. If there are delays we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
Wholesale deliveries are always insured and sent tracked delivery.
If you fail to collect your delivery and it is returned to us you will be liable for any charges and re-delivery costs.

Order Cancelations

Kuishi has the right to cancel any order prior to shipment. 

Your rights to cancel

If an order is placed and paid for and then cancelled there a  *£50 cancellation fee may be charged. We will charge this fee as wholesale orders and made up to order and time is spent wrapping and preparing often large quantities. If your order has been processed the above fee will be charged.

Once an order is shipped we are unable to cancel an order. Please see our returns policy below.  

Returns

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Kuishi however occasionally you may need to return an item.

To return an item(s) firstly print the Returns Form, complete it and sent it to [email protected]

Please complete the form and return it with the items using the printed returns label attached. Items must be unused and returned in original condition.

All postage charges are at the cost of the customer and we recommend using a tracked postal service. Please allow up to 10 working days after the refund has been made for the funds to appear in your account. Please note we will only refund using the original payment of method (i.e. Credit card/ PayPal).

If a full refund including the original delivery costs is required, we need to be informed fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however, you will be responsible for the cost of returns thgoods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.

The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day, we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase

Please note that for order shipped outside of the EU there may be import charges which the buyer is responsible for. 

If you are EU vat registered and have supplied you VAT information to us VAT should be removed from your order. If you have any issues regarding VAT please let us know.
